Yes, the number of postcards is limited to 999 copies.
Is the capacity of AMI Mailboxes limited?
Yes, each AMI Mailbox can hold a specific number of postcards corresponding to the pieces associated with its theme. Once full, the mailbox will appear as unavailable.
Can we know the theme of a Mailbox?
No, the magic of the experience lies in this element of the unknown, and the discovery of the mystery gift sent with the postcard happens only when opening the AMI package.
Can we know the pieces contained in a theme?
Yes, all the pieces offered by the experience are visible on the website mailbox.amiparis.com. Select a “products and experiences” category to discover all the pieces.
Will the mystery pieces offered as gifts be in my size?
Yes, if the mystery gift is an AMI piece, it will be adjusted to the size indicated on the postcard.
Are the gifted pieces gendered?
Yes, If the mystery gift is an AMI piece, it will be tailored to the gender indicated on the postcard.
- By choosing ‘Men’ you can receive a Men or a Unisex gendered mystery gift,
- By choosing ‘Women’ you can receive a Women or a Unisex mystery gift,
- By choosing ‘Unisex’ you can receive only a Unisex mystery gift.
Can a gift be exchanged?
No, in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the AMI Mailbox experience, the mystery gifts sent with each postcard cannot be returned nor exchanged.
Can a mystery gift include an AMI item that is not part of one of the 9 themes?
Yes, the items are assigned based on the gender and size you have chosen. If an item from the selected theme is no longer available, an iconic piece from our Ami de Coeur line will automatically be assigned from the following options:
- Ami De Coeur Sweater - Crewneck - Dark Grey - Unisex
- Ami De Coeur Sweater - Crewneck - Lilac - Unisex
- Ami De Coeur Oversized Scarf - Lilac - Unisex
Will the mystery gift experiences be sent in a parcel?
All experiences will be received in a parcel, in the same way as AMI pieces. Starting January 2nd 2025, the AMI team will be in contact with experience holders to share the event details.
Can we send a postcard to a loved one?
Yes, it is possible to send a postcard and its mystery gift to a loved one with a personalized message.
How can I track the arrival of my mystery gift?
A tracking number will be sent by email once the package is shipped. In the case of a gift to a loved one, an email including the personalized message will be sent to the recipient to inform them that an AMI surprise is on its way.

Your F.AMI.LY account is the digital space holding all your personal information and active benefits within the F.AMI.LY platform. You can access it here.
Why some of my benefits are marked as transferable?
Some of the benefits offered by the F.AMI.LY platform reward exceptional engagement with membership access to private events and privileges. These special benefits are transferred to your F.AMI.LY accounts as NFT minted on the Polygon Blockchain.
What is a blockchain?
A Blockchain is a transparent and secure technology for storing and transmitting database information. It is used for the recording and tracking of NFTs, which are tokenized digital assets (secured by blockchain, made unique, irreplaceable).
Why does my F.AMI.LY account use the blockchain?
The F.AMI.LY platform uses the blockchain and NFTs to transparently reward the engagement of its members with tokens (physical or virtual benefits) that they fully own, hence creating a pact of friendship between AMI and its community.
What is a NFT?
A NFT (non-fungible token) is a unique digital object, a token that contains all the information related to the ownership of a physical or digital asset (image, video, privileged access, etc.). As a F.AMI.LY member, each AMI NFT you obtain fully belongs to you, thanks to its unique and irreplaceable digital identifier, specific to each NFT.
What is a wallet?
Your F.AMI.LY account can also be referred to as your F.AMI.LY wallet. A "wallet" is the common word used to describe the virtual place where your NFT are held, it is accessible from your F.AMI.LY account page here.
What is the Polygon Network?
There are many blockchains: Polygon is the one AMI has chosen to issue and manage NFTs on its F.AMI.LY platform. Polygon is a widely recognized public blockchain used by major companies, particularly in the fashion industry.
Can I resell a NFT from my F.AMI.LY wallet?
Your NFTs belong to you: you are free to dispose of them as you wish, including selling and/or trading them on any secondary market compatible with the Polygon network, such as Opensea or Rarible. In the case of a transfer, all benefits associated with the F.AMI.LY NFT will be fully transferred to the new owner.
How can I transfer a NFT from my F.AMI.LY wallet?
To transfer your NFT, use the "transfer" option available in every NFT benefit marked as transferable within your F.AMI.LY account. Indicate the wallet address of the recipient and follow the instructions.
How can I find the address of my F.AMI.LY wallet?
The address of your F.AMI.LY wallet is a unique code composed of numbers and letters. It can be found in the "F.AMI.LY Account" tab of your personal space.
Can I delete my F.AMI.LY account?
In case you would like to delete your F.AMI.LY account please contact family@amiparis.fr
Following your request, all personal information regarding your F.AMI.LY account and benefits will be deleted. Please note that deleting your F.AMI.LY account will not affect any amiparis.com you may have. Finally, please consider that deleting your account will not delete your blockchain wallet address and all integrated NFT. Rest assured that no personal information lives on the blockchain.
