Preamble
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the F.AMI.LY website operated by AMI PARIS SAS (“the Brand” or “AMI PARIS”), whose registered office is located at 54 rue Étienne Marcel. The user acknowledges having read these Terms and agrees to comply with them.

The F.AMI.LY website is published by AMI PARIS SAS, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 527 636 609, with its registered office at 54 rue Étienne Marcel, 75002 Paris. The hosting provider of the F.AMI.LY website is vercel.com.
Article 1 – Definitions
Website: the website accessible at family.amiparis.com and its sub-URLs. User: any person accessing and browsing the Website, for any purpose. Registered User: any person who has created a F.AMI.LY account. Content: all elements available on the Website (texts, images, videos, logos, etc.). User Content: all elements shared by a User on the “Ami du Quartier” interface. Third Party: any person who does not have a F.AMI.LY account.
Article 2 – Purpose
These Terms set out the conditions under which users may access and use the Website. By accessing the Website, the User unreservedly accepts these Terms.
Article 3 – Access to the Website
The Website is open to all Users. Only Users with a F.AMI.LY account may share User Content. Access to the Website is free of charge, excluding internet connection and subscription fees. Certain sections of the Website may, however, be reserved for Registered Users.
Article 4 – User Content
In connection with use of the Website, the User may share User Content. Such content will be moderated by AMI PARIS, which reserves the right to accept or refuse it in accordance with its Content Policy. By publishing Content on the Website, the User grants AMI PARIS a royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide, transferable license, for the duration of the legal protection of the rights concerned, to use, display, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute and share said Content on any medium, including, in particular, on its social networks, its fanzine, or in connection with exhibitions or events related to AMI PARIS. This may be done directly or through an authorized third party. This license is granted without financial consideration and does not entail any transfer of intellectual property rights to AMI PARIS. The User retains all copyright in the Content they publish. Accordingly, for each use, AMI PARIS undertakes to credit the User by first name as the source of the Content. Removal or modification by the Brand of any User Content may occur at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice.
Article 5 – Rights in User Content
By sharing User Content, the User represents and warrants that:
- the User Content is free of third-party rights or that the User holds all necessary permissions, licenses and rights to enable its use and dissemination;
- the User is duly authorized to share such User Content on the Website and to grant the rights set out herein;
- where a photograph or content featuring one or more Third Parties is shared, the User acknowledges being responsible for, and having obtained, the consent of the persons depicted, in accordance with applicable image and personality rights;
- AMI PARIS shall in no event be held liable for User Content submitted. Any legal proceedings brought by an aggrieved third party against the Website shall be borne by the User.
Article 6 – Content Policy
The User acknowledges and agrees that their content may be refused without justification for the following reasons:
- Inappropriate or sensitive content: the contribution (text, photo or video) contains elements unsuitable for a broad audience or likely to offend some Users (violence, nudity, discriminatory speech, etc.).
- Image rights not respected: the content features one or more persons who have not given explicit consent for public dissemination, or who have expressly requested not to appear online.
- Invasion of privacy: the contribution discloses sensitive or confidential personal information (addresses, contact details, medical data, etc.).
- Copyright infringement: the content (image, video, text, music, etc.) includes protected material without the required authorization (professional photos, film clips, texts published elsewhere, etc.).
- Misleading or non-factual content: the contribution disseminates false information, content that is highly questionable, or constitutes manipulation of information.
- Hidden advertising or promotion: the content promotes a product, service or brand in a manner incompatible with the spirit of our platform.
- Insufficient technical quality: the files submitted are of poor quality (blurry, inaudible audio, unsupported format, etc.), making their use impossible or unsuitable for our Users.
- Non-compliance with participation rules: the contribution does not meet the requested theme, format, or editorial framework.
Article 7 – Intellectual Property
The content of the Website (texts, images, logos, etc.) is protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws. Any reproduction, representation, modification, or adaptation, in whole or in part, of such content without AMI PARIS’s prior written authorization is prohibited and constitutes infringement.
Article 8 – Personal Data
The Website may collect personal data such as first name, email address, etc. In accordance with applicable regulations (GDPR), the User has rights of access, rectification, and deletion of their personal data. Article 9 – Liability
Use of the Website is at the User’s sole risk. AMI PARIS shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage, including loss of data or profits, resulting from access to or use of the Website.

The Website may contain links to other websites. AMI PARIS has no control over the content of such sites and shall not be liable for their availability or content.
Article 11 – Amendments to the Terms
AMI PARIS reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users are encouraged to review them regularly. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Website.
Article 12 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
